Shikka will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. mail or at Company Retail Stores. Items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of an online purchase. Women’s swimwear must be unworn with the tags and liners attached, and all clothing must be unworn with tags attached.
